Free Sports Physicals – July 23

Middle and High School families:
MU Health Care will offer FREE sports physicals for students on Thursday, July 23, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. at the Jackson Road Medical Building (516 Jackson Road, Boonville).

Appointments are required. Please call (660) 882-3420 to schedule.

Before your appointment:

  • Bring a completed and signed MSHSAA physical form - attached to this post and available in the BHS office during open hours.
  • If your student wears glasses or contacts, please bring them.
A current physical is required for students participating in MSHSAA activities during the school year. 

Physicals are good for two full years of participation in MSHSAA activities. Getting a physical in the summer months will prevent the possibility of the physical expiring during the school year, preventing any loss of participation time during a season.
